We had a fantastic experience with Rise for our recent bathroom facelift. Antonio was exceptional throughout the process, and the team went above and beyond. They were great with scheduling, the work they performed, and even with unexpected repairs (prior damage from toilet removal). It was much easier to work with them than any other trade or supplier. I highly recommend Rise!

I cannot speak highly enough of every trade and colleague's rise consistently, I've project managed a renovation and lived through it! So I've seen my fair share of trades and I cannot be more impressed. All trades have been polite, knowledgeable, on time. A great company and will be using them again for future projects as I've got more work planned.
We hired RPSM to redo our balcony and couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, Sal and Antonio were fantastic to work with, gave us great advice and great rates. They made the whole process much easier, and the end result is brilliant! I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again.
Sal, Antonio and their teams did excellent on our bathroom and showed a professionalism I have not experienced before with trades people. They always arrived when they said they would, kept me well informed on the schedule, and when the inevitable unexpected challenges popped up they always worked through them with me with such a positive attitude of “don’t worry we will find a solution” and they always did. The finish is fantastic and even my very difficult mosaic tiles were have come out immaculately. They even moved my bath in another bathroom with no fuss (something I’ve had others say can’t and/shouldn’t be done). Additionally living in an apartment we have very stringent rules about noise times etc. they didn’t complain once about the rules and kept within our guidelines. I now absolutely love both my bathrooms and cannot thank you all enough. Can’t recommend you more highly.
RPSM did a fantastic job repairing a leak on our balcony. Antonio who quoted, provided great professional advice on what was required. Sal's coordination was fast and efficient to get the job done promptly and Justin, who did the job, was on time, worked efficiently, provided practical advice on how to maintain it and cleaned up afterwards (a rare thing with tradies these days). I can't recommend these guys more highly. I hope I never have to use them again, but would not hesitate if I did!

I had to have an external balcony re-tiled after waterproofing had been installed. When a range of related tasks were taken into account, although not large the job was not straightforward. Persistent wet weather also complicated scheduling. RPSM kept me informed throughout; they had appropriate tradies attend at agreed times; they moved and then re-placed several heavy items on the balcony; they cleaned up when the job was done; the fall & expansion joints matched the need; and the balcony looks very much better now than it had previously. RPSM did an excellent job.
The team at RISE PROPERTY SOLUTIONS were customer focused and had the ability to troubleshoot any issues my new bathroom looks amazing. I’ll use them again without hesitation - regards David EAST MELBOURNE

After Covid we had struggled to get tradies to do several jobs.
We found RPSM on the internet after a flooring co. was unable to remove our bonded bamboo flooring and we then engaged RPSM to manage the whole project.
Lucky that we did as Antonio, Sal and Correy were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble.
The job grew considerably to include waterproofing, major timber work replacement and painting of the whole internal home.
The quality of the tradesmen was second to none and the committed times were always met.
We can’t speak highly enough of the RPSM team and would recommend them should you need any project work and or renovations at home or business.
We recently had a balcony repair done by RPSM Rise Property Solutions Melbourne and can highly recommend them. Extremely professional approach, constant communication and started and completed works within the timeframe they stated. The workmanship is excellent. Thank you Antonio, Sal and team.

Antonio and the RPSM team delivered an exceptional service re-grouting and sealing my balcony. Friendly, courteous and cleaned the area after. My 15yo balcony looks brand new.
We contracted RPSM to remove floor tiles from our family/kitchen area for new flooring installation. What an amazing team! They were punctual, friendly and efficient. They did the entire job in one day and cleaned up every piece of debris. Very impressed with the workmanship. I would not hesitate to recommend them at all. Thank you Antonio & team!
We had an upper level deck totally rebuilt, internal room upgraded with timber flooring and it was all completed on schedule with minimal disruption. All trades were of high quality and we can highly recommend Antonio to deliver on any renovations.

The thing that sets RPSM apart from its competitors is the fact that somebody actually attends in person to inspect the problem and discuss potential fixes. No other contractor I spoke with was prepared to take the time to do this. Ultimately, the job progressed smoothly and the work was performed professionally and at a reasonable cost. Highly recommended.
The team delivered highly professional and excellent services to my project in an extremely timely manner. Consider the influences of covid, I am extremely happy with how efficiently they manager the project. Everything was done exactly in the way that they insured me before the start of the project. I am extremely happy with the results. Mostly important, it was so easy to communicate with Antonio, Raff and the team. They are such genuine and honest good people. I highly recommend the team to anyone who wants their job done in a hassle free manner. Best team I have ever had so far. And I will be in touch with them for my future projects for sure.

Antonio provided great service, we were looking to get flooring for our new house and have it installed as soon as possible.
He really took the time to attend to my inquiry for providing suggestions, comparisons & answered all my questions.
I really praise for your professionalism, punctuality and prompt response. Unfortunately due to the time limit, I could not go ahead with the renovation as I have to move in within 2 weeks and the job requires about a month (due to the size of the house). I will definitely recommend this company to other people and wanted to say thanks for all your time and help Antonio, can’t wait to work with you/your company in the future

I can highly recommend RPS Melbourne and in particular Antonio. They undertook a bathroom tiling project and did a superb job. Very professional job. A timetable was given and kept to when the weather permitted. Tradesmen came when it was said they would come with ample notice given. They were friendly and the work was carried out efficiently with a minimum of fuss and everything cleaned up properly afterwards. I would recommend the firm RPSM and their tradesmen to anyone wishing to have such work carried out.

Tony and the guys removed tiles from my townhouse, and what a fantastic job they did! No mess, they went above and beyond for the customer and did a wonderful job. The task at hand wasn’t an easy one, and took longer than expected due to the builders having made short cuts. This didn’t deter Tony and his team, only making them work harder and ensuring we were happy with the end result. I highly recommend them, and would definitely use their services again. No job is too hard for these guys, give them a call, you won’t regret it!

After a disastrous flood Tony and his team arrived promptly and carefully moved my fully furnished home from side to room to bathroom and back again whilst his team skilfully and careful removed the dripping sodden carpet from the entire apartment. They were efficient friendly careful and empathic and I can't recommend them highly enough.
