About RPSM
We use licensed, insured trades we’d trust in our own homes, and we hold them to a simple standard. Do it right, or don’t do it at all. That means proper substrates, correct falls, waterproofing that actually keeps water in, and finishes that stay straight and tight years after we leave.
You’ll always know what’s happening and what it costs. We write the scope of works in plain English, price it cleanly, and keep you updated without you having to chase us. If something isn’t clear, we explain it. If something changes, we tell you before it becomes a problem.
We stand behind our work. If a workmanship issue shows up within 12 months, we fix it at our cost. If we say a date, we aim to hit it. If we ever fall short, we make it right. No excuses.
Our goal is simple..build a bathroom you don’t have to think about. For some people that’s more comfort every day. For others it’s a clean, sale-ready result that removes questions from buyers and inspectors. Either way, we do the job the way it should be done, and we’re accountable for the outcome. Let’s work!

The thing that sets RPSM apart from its competitors is the fact that somebody actually attends in person to inspect the problem and discuss potential fixes. No other contractor I spoke with was prepared to take the time to do this. Ultimately, the job progressed smoothly and the work was performed professionally and at a reasonable cost. I cannot speak highly enough of every trade and colleague's rise consistently, I've project managed a renovation and lived through it! So I've seen my fair share of trades and I cannot be more impressed. All trades have been polite, knowledgeable, on time. After Covid we had struggled to get tradies to do several jobs.
We found RPSM on the internet after a flooring co. was unable to remove our bonded bamboo flooring and we then engaged RPSM to manage the whole project.
Lucky that we did as Antonio, Sal and Correy were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble.
The job grew considerably to include waterproofing, major timber work replacement and painting of the whole internal home.
The quality of the tradesmen was second to none and the committed times were always met.
We can’t speak highly enough of the RPSM team and would recommend them should you need any project work and or renovations at home or business.

Tony and the guys removed tiles from my townhouse, and what a fantastic job they did! No mess, they went above and beyond for the customer and did a wonderful job. The task at hand wasn’t an easy one, and took longer than expected due to the builders having made short cuts. This didn’t deter Tony and his team, only making them work harder and ensuring we were happy with the end result. I highly recommend them, and would definitely use their services again. No job is too hard for these guys, give them a call, you won’t regret it!
