About RPSM
We use licensed, insured trades we’d trust in our own homes, and we hold them to a simple standard. Do it right, or don’t do it at all. That means proper substrates, correct falls, waterproofing that actually keeps water in, and finishes that stay straight and tight years after we leave.
You’ll always know what’s happening and what it costs. We write the scope of works in plain English, price it cleanly, and keep you updated without you having to chase us. If something isn’t clear, we explain it. If something changes, we tell you before it becomes a problem.
We stand behind our work. If a workmanship issue shows up within 12 months, we fix it at our cost. If we say a date, we aim to hit it. If we ever fall short, we make it right. No excuses.
Our goal is simple..build a bathroom you don’t have to think about. For some people that’s more comfort every day. For others it’s a clean, sale-ready result that removes questions from buyers and inspectors. Either way, we do the job the way it should be done, and we’re accountable for the outcome. Let’s work!

Antonio provided great service, we were looking to get flooring for our new house and have it installed as soon as possible.
He really took the time to attend to my inquiry for providing suggestions, comparisons & answered all my questions.
I really praise for your professionalism, punctuality and prompt response. Unfortunately due to the time limit, I could not go ahead with the renovation as I have to move in within 2 weeks and the job requires about a month (due to the size of the house). Sal, Antonio and their teams did excellent on our bathroom and showed a professionalism I have not experienced before with trades people. They always arrived when they said they would, kept me well informed on the schedule, and when the inevitable unexpected challenges popped up they always worked through them with me with such a positive attitude of “don’t worry we will find a solution” and they always did. The finish is fantastic and even my very difficult mosaic tiles were have come out immaculately. They even moved my bath in another bathroom with no fuss (something I’ve had others say can’t and/shouldn’t be done). Additionally living in an apartment we have very stringent rules about noise times etc. they didn’t complain once about the rules and kept within our guidelines. I now absolutely love both my bathrooms and cannot thank you all enough. Can’t recommend you more highly.
We contracted RPSM to remove floor tiles from our family/kitchen area for new flooring installation. What an amazing team! They were punctual, friendly and efficient. The thing that sets RPSM apart from its competitors is the fact that somebody actually attends in person to inspect the problem and discuss potential fixes. No other contractor I spoke with was prepared to take the time to do this. Ultimately, the job progressed smoothly and the work was performed professionally and at a reasonable cost. Tony and the guys removed tiles from my townhouse, and what a fantastic job they did! No mess, they went above and beyond for the customer and did a wonderful job. The task at hand wasn’t an easy one, and took longer than expected due to the builders having made short cuts. This didn’t deter Tony and his team, only making them work harder and ensuring we were happy with the end result. I highly recommend them, and would definitely use their services again. No job is too hard for these guys, give them a call, you won’t regret it!
I had to have an external balcony re-tiled after waterproofing had been installed. When a range of related tasks were taken into account, although not large the job was not straightforward. Persistent wet weather also complicated scheduling. RPSM kept me informed throughout; they had appropriate tradies attend at agreed times; they moved and then re-placed several heavy items on the balcony; they cleaned up when the job was done; the fall & expansion joints matched the need; and the balcony looks very much better now than it had previously. RPSM did an excellent job.
